Readings on Power and Leadership in Organizations (2nd Edition) This anthology provides students with a carefully curated selection of readings and activities that explore questions surrounding leadership including: What makes someone a good leader? Is our perception of what leadership is connected to our social, economic, and governmental structures? Is there such a thing as a “universal” good leader? The second edition of the anthology features two new readings that explore strategies for acquiring and leveraging power to achieve objectives and how to foster a supportive organizational culture.

Business Internationalization, cases from Medellin. The cases presented in this book are designed to close the gap of the lack of literature on practical local experience of business internationalization for entrepreneurs, international business managers, executives, students of business schools and policy makers, among others. Knowledge exchange helps to tackle the barrier of lack of information, and to reduce the risk of repeating mistakes in similar challenges.
